1x Cambodian spore solution in a sealed 10ml sterile syringe, 1x sterile needle, 1x alcohol swab. Spore syringe solution can last  up to 12 months and should be refrigerated until time of use, and shaken well before use. 

Mushroom spore syringes are the most well known method of inoculation because of its ease of use, and provide more contamination resistance when compared to liquid culture and agar culture. Spore syringes are a great choice for both novice and experienced mycologists.
