Grow Psychedelic Mushrooms at Home with the All-In-One Mushroom Fruiting Kit, Our Simplest Grow Kit
The main selling point of this kit is convenience, all of the labor is done for you. It’s the perfect choice for anyone looking to simplify their mushroom growing process. It combines our highly popular grain spawn with a nutritious and contamination-resistant CVG fruiting substrate mixture.
Unlike some of our other kits, all of the growing medium comes pre-sterilized and hydrated. Yet, another selling point is that the All-In-One Fruiting Kit does not require you to transfer any medium from bag to bag or from bag to tub, the entire growing cycle will take place within. This will minimize the opportunity for mistakes and greatly reduce the chance of contamination ruining your grow kit.

Mushroom Cultivation Tips for Success
- REMOVE vacuum-sealed transport bag, prior to inoculation.
- Ensure your workspace, tools, and yourself are clean before every step, and wear gloves when needed.
- Perfect tasks in a still air box or in front of a flow hood (optional)
- Recommended colonization temperature is 23 – 27 Celsius (step 2), fruiting temperature is 21 – 25 Celsius (step 3).
How to Use The All-In-One Magic Mushroom Fruiting Kit
Step 1 – Inoculation Using Spore Syringe
Clean your workspace, tools, injection areas, and yourself before beginning inoculation. Allow the spore syringe to reach room temperature and shake it well before use. Using the injection port, inject the spore solution directly into the bulk of the sterilized mushroom grain spawn.
STEP 2 – Colonization
Place the newly inoculated bag in a warm dark place in order to promote mycelium colonization for two to six weeks. Once the grain spawn has been mostly colonized with white mushroom mycelium, mix the spawn into the substrate by manipulating it with your hands from outside the bag. Once you have evenly mixed the colonized grain spawn with the substrate, place it in the same warm dark place to allow the grains to colonize the substrate. This new mixture of spawn and substrate is called fruiting substrate.
STEP 3 – Promoting the Mushrooms to Fruit
In order to induce fruiting in the All-In-One kit, the environmental conditions must be changed.
Three variables to change:
- Increase humidity
- Increase fresh air exchange
- Increase light exposure
Prior to this step, the All-In-One should have remained sealed shut. Now in the fruiting phase, cut the top bag seal and clamp it using the binder clamp provided. Occasionally you will be opening the top of the bag for watering and airflow purposes.
Increase humidity by occasionally opening the bag from the top and misting the sides of the bag, you should see condensation on the side of the bag, if you don’t, it’s too dry.
To increase fresh air exchange, open the top of the bag and clamp it using the binder clamp provided.
Increase light exposure by removing the bag from the dark and placing the mushroom fruiting bag in normal light conditions.
STEP 4 – Harvesting The Magic Mushrooms
After about a week, baby mushrooms should start to appear, these are called mushroom pins. These pins will mature into fully grown mushrooms in 2-5 days and will be ready for harvest when the thin dark viel starts to separate from the cap of the mushroom.
When ready to harvest, gently reach into the fruiting chamber, carefully grab the mushroom stem near the bottom, and then twist and pull to remove it from the fruiting substrate.
STEP 5 – Repeat for More Mushroom Flushes
After harvesting all of the mushrooms, increase misting, clamp the top of the bag, and leave it in fruiting conditions. After another week more mushrooms will begin to form.
Given good fruiting conditions and proper cultivation practices, you may repeat this process 3-4 times until the mycelium runs out of nutrients.
Ordering was easy shipping was quick. I haven’t tried to grow yet time will tell.
Very happy the rapid service! 😀
This kit is 100% worth it they even shipped to my remote Labrador town within a week. Ten out of ten would recommend.
